Some students are not ready for full-time employment due to still being in school or other responsibilities, while those who ae not in school cannot easily get employment because of criminal records. But these folks have to live, thy need to earn clean money without carrying out illicit activities. As such, Minority Center for Participation and Empowerment will offers unskilled services to get these folks busy and earn money in a positive manner. 

These services include street and public facility cleaning, awareness campaigns focused on gun violence and substance abuse, among others.
